This place is a little hard to find, but well worth it. It is on the ninth floor of an office building and the views of the city are spectacular from up there. Try to hit it at sunset for an extra treat. This is a great place for a romantic dinner or a business meeting. The staff and our server were very friendly. The menu is typical chophouse with lots of great steak and seafood options. I had the elk, which was truly outstanding. The wedge salad is also excellent. One of the better restaurants in Arlington!

First time patron here. Wow. We took a candidate for a job here for dinner and I'm glad we did. This is probably the best spot in Arlington for dinner. Close to hotels, easy to find location, great views from the 9th floor (of what seems like a commercial building from outside), great food, cocktails, and ambiance. I'll (we'll) be coming back.

We really enjoyed this experience here for a midday lunch date . Located in Arlington in an office building on the 9th floor, Mercury Chophouse turned out to be pleasantly surprising. At first we were a little perplexed if we were in the right place but the sign outside of the building as well as the map legend inside , provided us with more context that we were in the right place . Once you reach the 9th floor you will locate it adjacent from the Luxor staffing office. I made reservations ahead of time and we got seated quickly . Not at all busy for a Wednesday afternoon. Prices for the lunch menu were reasonable/affordable. Food and quality was well above average . Our server was very nice , attentive, and courteous. I chose the Marinated skirt steak stroganoff paired with the broccolini. Bread is served upon request with no additional charge . They have basic soft drinks and alcoholic beverages . I also added the lamb lollipops for two as a suggestion from our server that was listed as an off menu special . Everything was seasoned to perfection and well cooked . The view and atmosphere was calm and peaceful. There were other guests here as group but it wasn't noisy or disruptive. The menu was easy to read and the environment was clean. Overall a very satisfactory experience from a well put together establishment.

We went for lunch. It was Not crowded at all. We got to sit by the window, while 6 flags is not the most beautiful thing to look at, it was still fun to go to a place with some sort of a "view". The ambiance was really different for arlington, I really liked it. I had my heart set on the lunch filet mignon, but it was taken off the lunch menu. :( I opted for the grilled cheese. It was pretty delicious. Melted cheese, bacon, yum. We for the chocolate torte for dessert. It was pretty small but rich. The berries added a nice balance to the sweetness. Overall, I would love to come back. I might wait until that filet comes back on the lunch menu!

Stopped by during a solo lunch on a Friday late afternoon. I wanted a fairly quiet place to grab a cocktail + small bite to eat and read a book; Mercury Chophouse was the perfect choice! The restaurant was fairly quiet, intimate and located on the 9th floor so the views are stunning! I sat at the bar and the bartender, Brian, was kind and attentive. Had a Lavender 75 and their mini crab cakes; would recommend both! As I was packing up to leave (around 5:30pm), the live music crew was setting up - the woman who sang was doing a mic check and sounded lovely from the small bit I heard. Will definitely be back for the full dining experience.

Location Arlington just of the 30. You will think its an office building-it is but sign is out front. Signage directs you to the 9th floor. Parking Large open lot. Atmosphere Classy-upscale Live piano music Service Attentive in a quiet manner Menu Where do I start! Everything so good! We had a Hogue cabernet-perfect. Other yelpers recommended the crab cakes but we ordered the sampler-filet mignon cigars-crispy wonton like wrapper filled with steak. Crab cakes to melt in your mouth! Lamb lollipops on a polenta and pesto sauce. Seasoned well and delectable. The jumbo shrimp were the biggest ever- chilled well. The wedge salad was fresh and tasty. We each got a different entree. Two had steak- the filet and another ( not sure of cut) both beautifully cooked and served. Summary Elegant restaurant, conveniently located. Outstanding food. Love this place!

We stayed at the Hilton Arlington and walked over to the Mercury Chophouse with a reservation. The piano playing and singing added to the positive experience this evening. Our waiter Blake offered good recommendations. We started with salads... Greek and a wedge. For my entree, I did the Lobster and Cheese Ravioli and was quite pleased. We did family style sides and had the whipped Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts and Mac and Cheese. All were very good. I'm picky about Mac and Cheese and wouldn't recommend them all but theirs was delicious. The others had 8 oz. Filet Mignon Steak. No complaints there. For dessert I sampled the Creme Brulee and I asked if they could make Affogato (sp?) as they had espresso and Vanilla Tillamook ice cream. Very good. They should put it on the menu. Overall, I would come back and try some more.
